We only collect the information needed to provide our services:

a) Through the contact form

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Type of service requested
  • Message describing the project

b) Through phone calls

  • Incoming calls are recorded and/or transcribed to ensure service quality and follow-up.
  • By continuing your call after the greeting message, you consent to the recording.

c) Browsing the website

  • Google Analytics 4 collects anonymized browsing data (pages visited, duration, device, approximate location).
  • Google reCAPTCHA v3 collects behavioural data to protect the form against automated submissions.

3. Purpose of collection

Your personal information is used exclusively to:

  • Respond to your service or quote request
  • Connect you with a qualified contractor
  • Follow up on your file
  • Improve the quality of our services and website

4. Sharing with third parties

Your information is shared with:

  • Partner contractors — Your name, phone number, email and project details are sent to a qualified contractor in your area so they can provide a quote or service. Call recordings and transcriptions are also shared with these contractors.
  • Google — Through Google Analytics 4 and reCAPTCHA (anonymized or behavioural data). See Google's privacy policy.

Your personal information is never sold for marketing or advertising purposes. It is shared only to respond to your service request.

5. Retention

  • Form submissions and call recordings are kept for 12 months from your last interaction, then securely destroyed.
  • Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics default settings (14 months).
